We currently build around 150 miles from Phoenix, Arizona: including Tucson, Show Low,

Flagstaff, Prescott, Payson and surrounding Areas.

While there are factors that can alter any construction timeline, our goal is to build your

new barndominium in 6 months or less.

The best way to get started is to fill out a "Request a Quote" form on our website. This form

will take you through several questions to help us determine your needs

and wants. You can also use the "Contact Us" tab with our email and phone number.

Cost fluctuates with the current market pricing, but for our latest cost breakdown, you can

contact us for up-to-date pricing.

1. Turnkey Build - 150 miles from Phoenix, Arizona: including Tucson, Show Low,

2. Shell Builds – Also Available state wide

3. Kit Purchase - Anywhere in the lower 48 states.

1. Add the total square footage of your project

2. Multiply by: $155 / sq ft (Turnkey)* - $65 / sq ft (Shell)* - $35/ sq ft (Kit)*

**These are ESTIMATED costs...

Example: H/C = 2000 sq ft

Porches = 850 sq ft

Carport = 625 sq ft

Total = 3475 sq ft (Multiply by $145) = $503,875 (estimated)

1. We use red-iron steel for our main framework

2. We Metal Stud frame inside of the steel structure

3. We spray the exterior “shell” with closed cell spray foam

4. Our structures are compliant with IBC 2018 standards

Depending on the size of the build, 6-9 months from the time we are funded is our typical

timeline.

3. Make a list of “non-negotiables” that must go in your home

4. Make a list of your interior finishes, (floors, countertops, showers, etc)

We sometimes have to modify plans to make them fit a “barndo” format
